It is situated in a rural location approximately two miles from the centre of Ruthin just off the A525 and A494 on the B5429. There is a regular bus service to and from Ruthin and Denbigh, and access to Ruthin by car is less than 10 minutes.
Bedrooms are located on both ground and first floors. over 90% of the bedrooms are singles of which a quarter have en-suite facilities. All bedrooms have wash-hand basins and a nurse call system and enjoy delightful views of the grounds and the Clwydian range of mountains. A vertical lift serves both floors of the building. All bedrooms have TV points and some have telephone points as well.
